Ashy…my RBS Line Manager, the best that I could ever have wished for. Also, my mate. The life and soul of any social get together, including my wedding that he and Susan attended in October 1998. Ashy was in Magaluf with me on my stag do, with his Man City top glued to him for 4 days and nights. We enjoyed days at the races when we perhaps should have been at work, he even made light of having to issue me with a disciplinary at RBS.

The photo in Magaluf is how I will remember him..a loyal mate, such a good laugh, generous, never a dull moment and a Line Manager who I was privileged to work for and who in my eyes, nobody will ever beat.
